These Terms will be applied fully and affect your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written herein. If you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, you must not use this Website.
Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use this Website.
Work Terms
All turf cleaning and maintenance service payments are due within 30 days of completion. A 3.5% processing fee is applicable to all credit card transactions. Turf Care LV is not responsible for pre-existing or future conditions of artificial turf installation or systems, including quarter minus/sub-base, draining, grading, edging, turf seams, weeds, grass blade performance, and matting. Turf Care LV cannot guarantee the removal of stains, urine, or pet odor smell by 100%. Additionally, Turf Care LV is not responsible for any seams that may show after cleaning and/or power brooming. If seams are present prior to cleaning and/or power brooming, the customer agrees that the seams are already present.
Turf Care LV cannot guarantee that artificial grass blades will stand up and/or will not break after spraying or power brooming due to prior wear and tear and/or turf quality. The customer agrees to allow 24 to 36 hours for products to settle on artificial turf before allowing urine or excrement to affect treated areas. Due to the variation in installation processes, Turf Care LV is not responsible if seams split apart. Turf Care LV is not liable for any animals or other inherent risks associated with your artificial turf systems or our service. The company is not liable for surrounding areas, including but not limited to pots, plants, furniture, lighting, etc. The customer is responsible for securing pets in a safe location prior to and during the service, and Turf Care LV is not responsible for lost pets. Customers are responsible if Turf Care LV technicians are attacked by pets.
Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Turf Care LV and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained on this Website.
You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
